The Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund is established under Division 2 of the Legal Profession Act 2006 and is managed by the Funds Management Committee.

The functions of the Funds Management Committee are:

• Manage the Fidelity Fund
• Decide on the annual contribution and levies
• Make recommendations to the Attorney-General
• Arrange insurance of the Fidelity Fund
